Enjoyed the interview – learned a few new things about you. As to the book idea. For several years I did not even make a print of any of my images, content to see them on the monitor and having enjoyed the experience of finding and shooting the subject. When I got my first print there was a new, added element of enjoyment and, for me, no experience equals handling, seeing, etc. a print of a favorite shot. Then I put some images in book form – I had a similar positive reaction. I REALLY want to see your first book and have already visualized it as a series of chapters where you display five or six of your favorite images from your favorite (or all) of your series. And, yes, I would put aside “photographic celibacy” to take a long and enjoyable look!. I hope you are moved to perpare such a book soon – I’m getting old!
